Private King Suite — Registration Terms

Your registration reserves one private king suite with a private ensuite bathroom for the Luminary Society Retreat. The Private King Suite is priced for one attendee and single occupancy.

Payment: Choose either Pay in Full or the 4-Month Payment Plan. Pay-in-full registrations are charged at the time of purchase. With the payment plan, the first payment is charged at registration and the remaining three payments are automatically charged monthly to the payment method on file. The payment plan is a commitment to the full retreat price and is not a month-to-month membership.

Your registration includes: Your private king suite for all three nights, the full Luminary Society Retreat experience, meals and refreshments provided as part of the retreat, workshops and Luminary Lab sessions, your Luminary Field Guide, and included retreat activities.

Cancellation: Because space is extremely limited and your registration removes an entire private suite from availability, payments are subject to the Luminary Society Retreat Registration & Cancellation Policy. Selecting a payment plan does not eliminate your obligation for the remaining payments if you cancel.

Occupancy: Private King registration is for one person only. A second attendee may not be added to the room under this registration. If you plan to share a king suite with another registered attendee, please select the Shared King Suite option instead.
